About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager/Manager to spearhead our Consultant Relations and Growth initiatives. This role will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding relationships with key consultants while driving business growth within the hospitals/pharmaceuticals/sales marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance consultant relationships and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key consultants in the industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants to achieve performance targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in consultant relations and business development within the hospitals/pharmaceuticals/sales marketing industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
