Job Description
Our client company, in partnership with global leaders in logistics and design to delivery solutions, is seeking a Senior Logistic Executive for their Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) division. Responsibilities include leading Air/Ocean freight services, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Chain or related field, with 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Job Description:
- Lead Air/Ocean freight services for seamless customer solutions
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency gains
- Negotiate rates and contracts, optimize trade lanes
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Solve logistical challenges and manage bookings effectively
- Achieve volume and financial goals in freight forwarding
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of Air/Ocean freight experience
- Experience in NVOCC and special projects a plus
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations
- Proven ability in operational functions and strategic planning
