Our client, MOSIACHR PEO (Private) Limited, is hiring a Senior Executive – Laboratory for their team in Thulhiriya. Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemistry.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality standards for raw materials.
- Monitor performance deviations in development fabrics.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish test criteria for new fabric performances.
- Manage annual budgets and control purchases.
- Conduct lab audits and manage accreditation renewals.
