Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Java to join our team at PelicanCube. You will be responsible for providing scalable and efficient software development and deployment solutions. This is a Full-time contract (3 months) renewable or Part-time role (must work more than 35 hours a week).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Java development, specifically using Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience in developing Java microservices and Spring Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to write efficient and optimal Java code that is functional, performs well, is maintainable, and adheres to best practices.
- Proficiency in testing strategies, including unit tests and integration tests, with a focus on security best practices.
- Solid knowledge of RocketMQ, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong understanding of server management, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Experience in SaaS product development.
- Creative thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills.
