Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, and security measures.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company and recommending innovative solutions.
- Embed the new technological implementations for concurrent small to large projects ongoing in the group.
- Responsible for providing expertise to root cause analysis for process improvement opportunities.
- Organizing training programs to users to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations.
- Have excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to evaluate, review, and interpret data and should be highly self-motivated.
- Possess a positive attitude, hardworking, well-disciplined, and willing to work under pressure.
- Be able to demonstrate proven strong leadership qualities, with interpersonal and communication skills.
