Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with Global sales teams and Solution Consultants to understand customer requirements, pain points, and develop scalable and commercially viable technical solutions to solve the business problems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and technical liaison throughout the presales cycle
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements, roadmap planning, and solution development.
- Create detailed technical documentation to support proposal development, customer presentations, and solution design.
- Conduct pre-sales activities including solution presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
- Lead hands-on technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and align with customer needs
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions and drive customer engagement.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, or technical sales roles within the software industry.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Azure cloud services (Azure certified), with a strong emphasis on architecture, API management, and enterprise-level software solutions architectures.
- Enterprise integration experience, including integration patterns, middleware technologies, and data integration strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
