Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. They will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR management role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
