Job Description
SDB Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – HR to support our Human Resources Development function. The role focuses on talent management, succession planning, and competency development to drive the bank’s leadership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Manager – HRD for talent pools, succession planning, and competency development.
- Coordinate job evaluation process and maintain updated job descriptions.
- Manage promotions following the Promotion Policy and ensure compliance.
- Identify competency gaps and assist in developing Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
- Provide administrative support for effective HR operations in talent and leadership development.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, with 2 years in HRD or Talent Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
