What you will be doing
- Support HR functions from recruitment to termination.
- Maintain employee welfare for happiness, growth, and retention.
- Ensure legal compliance in HR management.
- Promote a positive working environment through employee engagement.
Must Haves
- University Degree in HR Management or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years HR experience.
- Proficient in G Suite and HRIS.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Embody empathy, team spirit, and preferably IT/BPO industry experience.
- Night shift hours: 7.00pm to 4.00am.
