Job Description
- Devise a training strategy for the group while aligning the trainings with strategic goals of the organization.
- Execute and coordinate the annual training need analysis and derive the organizational and individual training needs accordingly.
- Designing, expanding and conducting training and development programs based on the TNA and monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees.
- Preparation of training budget and keep operations within budget.
- Devising individual learning plans ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
- Manage, monitor and coordinate all employee centric training initiatives using internal and external sources while driving a learning culture.
- Initiate and support Employee Engagement activities.
- Support Human Resources Business Partner in daily tasks.
- Build a good relationship with teams and attend for employee quarries.
