Job Description
SDB Bank is seeking a Senior Executive – HR to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Human Resources Development function, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and competency development.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Manager – HRD to manage talent, plan for succession, develop competencies, and oversee promotions to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Key responsibilities include coordinating job evaluations, updating job descriptions, managing promotions according to the bank’s policy, and providing administrative support in identifying competency gaps and developing Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in HRD or Talent Management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
