Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and headhunter coordination.
- Coordinate career fairs, support employer branding, and develop training programs.
- Facilitate training sessions, engage in company activities, and other HR tasks.
Expected Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, training and development knowledge preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, HR software knowledge, and excellent organizational abilities.
