Job Description
Position: Senior Executive – HR
The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager – HRD in talent management, succession planning, competency development, and promotions. Duties include job evaluations, updating descriptions, managing promotions, and identifying competency gaps for Personal Development Plans.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective task prioritization in a fast-paced environment
