Role Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to oversee IR/ER Operations on-site in Gampaha. The role involves managing employee relations and industrial operations, facilitating communication between staff and senior management. Responsibilities include addressing grievances, disputes, disciplinary actions, and implementing welfare programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial relations
- Proficient in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Familiar with Sri Lankan labor laws
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
