Job Description
As a Senior Executive HR at EFL, you will be pivotal in our recruitment process for HQ and HUB. Responsibilities include updating job descriptions, facilitating candidate onboarding, and delivering global support.
Job Profile
- Support Recruitment: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, maintain job descriptions, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Training & Development: Design impactful training programs, manage employee development, and oversee training records.
- Employee Engagement: Handle employee queries, aid HODs, coordinate career fairs, and enhance employer branding.
- Company Culture: Contribute to engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, training experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, HR software knowledge, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to error-free results.
