Job Description

We’re hiring Seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead our HR initiatives and foster a people-centric workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and off-boarding.
• Conduct performance evaluation processes, provide guidance, and prepare succession plans.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on people and culture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous work experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
