Seeking a full-time Senior HR Executive to oversee HR functions, employee relations, policy implementation, and operational management at Bally’s Colombo.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Operations skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Strong background in Human Resources
- Ability to develop HR strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws
- Preferably has worked in the hospitality or entertainment industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
