Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department for efficient workflow
• Prepare and draft HR-related documents, letters, and reports accurately and promptly
• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave records
• Support recruitment activities like scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
• Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive – Human Resources, with over 5 years as an HR generalist
• Experience in HRIS is a plus
• Excellent time management, Microsoft Office skills, and organizational abilities
• Good communication, leadership, and attention to detail
• Preferred age below 35 years and available to work on a half-day Saturday
