Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive position in Health & Safety (Manufacturing) located in Gampaha. Responsibilities include overseeing health and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations for a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation procedures
- Experience in safety audits, developing training programs, and implementing safety policies
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Certifications like NEBOSH or OSHA are advantageous
