Job Description
Implementing and completing assigned projects as per the agreed project milestones within the predefined standards, scope, and timeframes.
Ensuring optimum profitability is achieved on every project, while extending assistance to the billing and collection process.
Diligently observing the cost drivers and minimizing / eliminating waste to ensure budgeted profitability is achieved.
Anticipating project-related obstacles and proactively escalating such scenarios to ensure smooth progress of the projects.
Implementing assigned projects professionally as per the agreed project plan and solutions specification or Functional Requirement Document by utilizing appropriate resources.
Regularly and formally communicating the functional related project activities to customers with regard to, technical or otherwise during the project lifecycle.
Promptly escalating to the project leader, any issues, or deviations to the agreed project plans.
Solving customer complaints and project-related technical problems according to the set standards and escalating to the management appropriately.
Ensuring all service requests are timely, professionally, and courteously serviced to exceed customer expectations.
