Job Description
Come join our team as a Senior Finance Executive
What you need to do:
- Perform and communicate monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to the Group Finance Team and CCS Finance Team.
- Compile, analyze and report financial data as required by the management team.
- Liaise with external auditors and internal auditors during annual audits and AUP engagements.
- Review and assist with direct and indirect tax computations.
- Assist with balance sheet reviews and handle technical issues by giving the most appropriate accounting treatment.
- Analyze or benchmark of the GL accounts allocated for review and estimate values for the best estimate.
- Engage as the main administrator of the EMS system and other implementations.
What you need:
- A full Professional Accounting Qualification or a recently qualified member of CA, ACCA or CIMA would be ideal.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years + experience in Finance.
- Experience in managing a decentralized or high-volume finance operation, preparing financial statements and management reporting, as well as experience at an audit firm, would be an added advantage.
- A person who can drive new initiatives and process efficiencies.
- Decision-making skills and sound business judgment.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to benchmark and identify exceptions.
- Be organized and track progress based on committed timelines for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
