Role Description
1. Preparation of management & final account
2. Preparation of payroll & handling EPF/ETF
3. HR related work
4. Preparation of tax returns
5. Handling the VAT, PAYE, WHT, SSCL, and income tax
6. Maintaining property document
7. Coordinate with auditors, banks & government institutes
8. Primary level of financial analysis on investment and suggesting options
9. Commodity trading related work
10. Import related work and documentation part
11. Checking lease agreements
Qualifications
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
2. Experience in big four audit firms will be an added advantage
3. Management/Accounting/Tax and related degree from a recognized university
4. Part qualification or full in CIMA/ACCA/CA/CMA or AAT
5. Hands-on experience in commodity trading is an advantage
6. Knowledge in accounting packages (QB)
7. Excellent communication skill in English, Sinhala, or Tamil
8. Computer literacy
9. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
