Job Description
The Job:
- Perform, manage, and own the entire end-to-end Accounts receivable/order-to-cash process.
- Investigate and address queries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain data integrity and generate accurate reports for analysis.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with the onshore sales team.
- Conduct analysis of debtor aging and provide insights.
- Develop and present weekly and monthly dashboards and reports.
- Prepare monthly journal entries as part of the financial reporting process.
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to month-end and financial closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, cash application, and voucher management.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Acumatica AR.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of GAAP, and US business practices (preferred).
