Responsibilities:
- Participate in Technical & Financial Bidding for new clients
- Lead and manage teams, control costs, and optimize expenditures
- Manage building systems and infrastructure maintenance
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Related
- 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance
- Proficiency in maintenance procedures and safety regulations
- Experience in sourcing and managing external vendors
