• Participate in Technical & Financial Bidding for new clients
• Lead and manage teams, control costs, and optimize expenditures
• Manage building systems and infrastructure maintenance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Related
• 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance
• Proficiency in maintenance procedures and safety regulations
• Experience in sourcing and managing external vendors
