Role Description:
We seek a full-time Senior Executive in Travel & AirTicketing at SYNERGY CONSULTANT in Rajagiriya, Colombo. Responsibilities include managing ticket bookings, travel packages, customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent service. Coordination with airlines and agencies is essential for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Air ticketing and reservation systems like Galileo & Amadeus
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of travel industry and airline operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with international travel regulations
- Proficiency in computer systems and travel software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and local language
Relevant certifications in travel and tourism industry will be beneficial.
