Job Description
Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs.
- Identifying training needs through collaboration and evaluation.
- Designing engaging training materials aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinating various learning activities smoothly.
- Evaluating program effectiveness and making continuous improvements.
- Leading performance management processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting in general HR activities to support overall HR function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
