Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for service technicians, engineers, and other technical staff
- Utilize various training methods including classroom sessions, workshops, and e-learning platforms
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement
- Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide solutions following company procedures
- Monitor and report on training progress and certification status of technical staff
- Propose and implement new training initiatives to keep the workforce updated on emerging technologies
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and areas for enhancement
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 7 in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive industry with focus on technical training and development
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
- Hands-on experience with modern automotive diagnostic tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
- Adaptable to changing technologies and work environments
