Job Description
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals to recruit high-caliber candidates.
- Manage recruitment life cycle from requisition to offer at all levels.
- Support TAG team in meeting business needs and onboarding candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent requirements.
- Build candidate pipeline using various sourcing channels and enhance employer branding efforts.
- Ensure positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.
