Job Description
PURPOSE
To facilitate the recruitment process by attracting, selecting, and recruiting the best-suited talent to the business, thereby fulfilling organizational manpower requirements accurately and timely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure fulfillment of organizational manpower requirements by supporting the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop cordial relationships with Universities/Institutes/Professional Bodies to attract potential candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events for candidate sourcing.
- Oversee fair and effective interview processes and make final hiring decisions.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in HR Management or Business Administration
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in the apparel industry
- Understanding of legal aspects related to employment and labor relations
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent human relations and communication skills
