Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing who is passionate about market development and client engagement. The Job Role:

• Proactively engage in canvassing export/import shipments, focusing on market share improvement.
• Gather market information on competitors’ activities and products.
• Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and introduce new clients.
• Liaise with shippers to secure bookings and update clients with shipment updates.
• Negotiate rates with P&I clubs, shippers, and shipping lines.
• Respond promptly with P&I, shippers, and shipping lines for collection of outstanding payments within agreed limits.
• Actively canvass cargo for NVOC & export shipments.
• Gather market intelligence and introduce new customers to enhance market share.
• Take care of the company policy as laid and guided.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling NVOC & export sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
