Job Description
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide safety training and education programs to warehouse staff.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of safety equipment.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Experience in quality system & compliance audits.
