Job Title: Senior Executive Process Excellence

Key Responsibilities,
- Conduct comprehensive process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with foreign clients to streamline projects and ensure effective communication.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize process mapping tools such as Visio and Word to document and present findings.
- Explain and demonstrate the impact of implemented process improvements during client interactions and internal meetings.
- Provide training and support to team members on process mapping and improvement techniques.
Key Requirements,
- Proven experience in process mapping and process improvement.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of implemented changes.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and other relevant software.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with foreign clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Cooperative and able to work well in a team environment.
