The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing process improvements that drive cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Title: Senior Executive Process Excellence

Location: Colombo, Western Province Sri Lanka.

Work Type: Onsite

Key Responsibilities,

  • Conduct comprehensive process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with foreign clients to streamline projects and ensure effective communication.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize process mapping tools such as Visio and Word to document and present findings.
  • Explain and demonstrate the impact of implemented process improvements during client interactions and internal meetings.
  • Provide training and support to team members on process mapping and improvement techniques.

Key Requirements,

  • Proven experience in process mapping and process improvement.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of implemented changes.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with foreign clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Cooperative and able to work well in a team environment.
