OVERVIEW:
Our client, CAREER141, is a leading BPO outsourcing company in Sri Lanka seeking a Senior Executive for Process Excellence. The ideal candidate should have 3 years experience in process excellence, with a proven track record in successful process migrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
- Analyze data for process optimization.
- Create reports and dashboards to track performance.
- Manage multiple improvement projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Provide training and workshops for process improvement.
- Engage stakeholders and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Share best practices across teams.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Degree in Business Management or Accounting preferred.
- ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA certification advantageous.
- Six Sigma certification highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years experience in process excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in IT, experience with MS Visio and Minitab a plus.
