Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive – Overseas Recruitments role located in Colombo. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing overseas recruitment activities, managing talent acquisition processes, coordinating interviews, and liaising with international candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in international recruitment and talent acquisition.
• In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse candidates and clients.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Working Days – Monday to Friday

Working Hours – 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location – World Trade Center, Colombo 01
