Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers, tour guides, and operators for seamless service delivery.
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and provide pre-departure support to clients.
- Develop new travel products, maintain relationships, and update itineraries.
Qualifications:
- 4 years experience or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality.
- Proven inbound travel experience with strong knowledge of Sri Lanka.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
