Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years experience in tour operations and destination management to join our team at Travelco Holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive exposure to various tour programs and strong knowledge of hotels across all regions of Sri Lanka.
- In-depth understanding of planning, executing, and managing inbound travel itineraries.
- Provide detailed insights on destinations, tourist attractions, culture, and local customs to clients.
- Prepare and manage tour budgets efficiently.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in tour operations and destination management.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record in managing client expectations and providing detailed destination information.
