Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tour operations and destination management.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive exposure to various tour programs and a strong understanding of hotels across all regions of Sri Lanka.
- In-depth knowledge of planning, executing, and managing inbound travel itineraries.
- Provide clients with detailed insights on destinations, tourist attractions, culture, and local customs.
- Prepare and manage tour budgets and costings efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English communication.
