What you will be doing:
- Manage talent acquisition process
- Develop HR strategies & initiatives
- Evaluate training needs
- Establish high-performance culture
What are we looking for:
- Minimum 5 years HR experience
- Degree/professional qualification in HR
- Startup and IT experience preferred
- Strong English proficiency
- Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
