Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements on LinkedIn and other job platforms.
• Source and screen resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Collect and compile candidate feedback from interviews.
• Conduct HR induction sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and benefits.
• Conduct pulse checks to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on employee turnover.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
