Job Description
SDB Bank, a licensed specialized bank with 94 branches nationwide, is looking for a Senior Executive-HR to lead the Employee Development Function. Responsibilities include talent management, succession planning, and enhancing employee skills through training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent
- 6-8 years overall experience, with 2 years as HR Executive
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinking, data analysis, and continuous improvement skills
- Results-driven with attention to detail
