Role Description
This full-time on-site role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies to enhance organizational efficiency at Mind Plus in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or CQHRM in Human Resources.
- 2+ years HR Executive experience, 5+ years HR generalist experience.
- HRIS experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Utilize HRIS for process streamlining and accurate records.
- Assign tasks, maintain department organization.
- Ensure HR policy compliance, foster positive work environment.
Additional Information:
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Sat half-day, 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite position.
