Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Executive (minimum 2+ years), particularly in the retail food sector (e.g., Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Barista, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
