Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Head Hunter or in talent acquisition
- Strong recruitment practices and networking skills
- Ability to assess candidates and make data-driven hiring decisions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
