Leading Multinational Company is looking for a Senior Executive HR – Employee Relations for a 1-year contract in Agarapathana.
Role Description:
This full-time on-site role requires managing employee relations, conflicts resolution, and fostering positive employee-employer relationships. Responsibilities include investigations, HR policy development, and guidance on HR matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policy Development
- Experience in managing investigations and providing HR guidance in the FMCG sector
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
