Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee recruitment cycle, conduct interviews, ensure compliance.
- Onboarding: Develop onboarding programs, conduct orientation, handle paperwork.
- Benefits Analysis: Assess compensation packages, manage communication and enrollment.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate schedules, assess programs.
- Policy Update & Implementation: Create, update HR policies, manage disciplinary actions.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain confidential records, handle documentation.
- Payroll Processing: Supervise processing, liaise with finance, resolve queries.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, stay current with legal changes.
- Coordination with Parent Company: Align HR practices with parent company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5-10 years HR experience in FMCG industry.
- Recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, and payroll expertise.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, HR software proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, commitment to confidentiality.
