Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date HR system information accurately and manage employee life cycle changes.
- Monitor and update employee leave/attendance records, generate payroll inputs, and liaise with ERP support.
- Respond promptly to employee queries, compile HR metrics/data, and automate operational processes.
- Facilitate structural changes and update system records.
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in IT/Business Management/HR; 2-3 years of HRIS experience.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP, proficient in MS Office packages, understanding of HR concepts, labor legislation, and ERP systems.
- Effective interpersonal/communication skills, analytical/presentation skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
