Position Overview:
The Senior Executive HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational performance and foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HRBP or related roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR analytics tools.
