- Role Overview: Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for the Sales department, aligning HR practices with sales objectives to drive performance and employee engagement.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies that support sales goals, including talent acquisition, development, and retention tailored to the sales team’s needs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment within the sales division.
