Job Description
• Dynamic individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Management / Human Resources Management
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in HR domain preferably from IT Industry
• Experience in handling end-to-end General HR responsibilities
• Experience in maintaining HR systems
• Experience in handling performance management and employee retention
• Reporting and analytics skills would be an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills
• Computer literate particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
