Job Description
Date: 02/2022 – Present
- Transport coordination between operation and service provider.
- Upload and submit invoices with supportive to Finance for payments.
- Meal arrangement.
- Arranging appropriate refreshment requirements based on the visitors.
- Monitor day-to-day site janitorial activities and manage to meet unit requirements.
- Execute day-to-day repair & maintenance of the site.
- Deal with local authorities with administration requirement for the site.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintaining records of Periodical waste disposal in the site.
- Petty Cash handling and reimbursement with Finance.
- Finding, evaluating quotations and recommendations for selected bids and issue PO after approval for Site-related purchasing.
- Involvement and completing API, BPU, and GMP audits.
- Pest controlling.
- Budget preparing and coordination.
- Food committee and welfare committee conducted.
